Crestline’s founding ties to the Edward P. Bass family underscore a culture of collegiality and trust, emphasizing long-term and repeat relationships.
On the investment side, Crestline prioritizes a partnership culture that’s collaborative—arming our portfolio managers for success. On the lending side, we ensure that our portfolio company relationships are partnerships post-close, leading to continuity for the borrower. In this way, our relationships are non-adversarial, as our underwriting and portfolio management groups are the same.
