Los Angeles, CA — Crestline Investors, Inc. ("Crestline") is pleased to announce the closing of a $35 million predevelopment mezzanine loan to Silver Creek Development ("Silver Creek") for 8850 Sunset Blvd, a forthcoming premier mixed-use project on West Hollywood’s iconic Sunset Strip.
8850 Sunset will feature a luxury branded 90-key hotel, an equally branded 78-unit multifamily building, high-end ground-level retail anchored by the iconic Viper Room and two high-visibility billboards. The medium-term bridge facility will refinance existing debt and support final construction planning as the project advances towards groundbreaking in late 2026.
