Crestline Investors, Inc. (“Crestline”) served as a joint lead arranger on a $331.5 million senior secured credit facility for Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (“Bridger”). Founded in 2014, Bridger is a publicly traded aerial firefighting and aerospace services company (NASDAQ: BAER). Proceeds from the transaction will be used to refinance existing debt—improving financial flexibility—and to support the ongoing expansion of Bridger’s fleet of specialized aircraft.
