San Antonio, TX—Crestline Investors, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of a $71.7 million senior secured first-lien loan to refinance a Class A, 375-unit multifamily community located in the far west submarket of San Antonio, Texas. The development comprises eight four-story residential buildings across a 12.5-acre site, featuring upgraded interiors and high-end amenities such as a pickleball court, dog park, and resort-style jacuzzi spa and pool. The property has received temporary certificates of occupancy for all respective buildings and is expected to achieve full stabilization by mid-2026.
