Mansfield, TX –- Crestline Investors is pleased to announce the closing of a $19.4 million construction loan to Frisco-based developer, Nack Development, for the construction of a 1.7 acre mixed-use project in Mansfield, just south of Fort Worth. The project will feature two buildings designed to support retail, restaurant, office, and entertainment spaces, supporting a vibrant downtown micro-district.
The project is set to begin the first phase of revitalizing Downtown Mansfield supported by the Mansfield Economic Development Corporation through construction grants and a master lease to help advance the development.
