Crestline Investors and Everest Financial Services Close Senior Construction Loan for Ambitus Partners’ Multifamily Development in Ontario, CA

Crestline Investors (“Crestline”) and Everest Financial Services have provided a senior secured credit facility to finance the construction of the Melodia, an 83-unit Class A multifamily project located in Ontario, California. The project is sponsored by Ambitus Partners, a vertically integrated Southern California-based developer.

“We were drawn to the Melodia project given its premium amenity package and strategic location within one of the Inland Empire’s highest-performing submarkets,” said Wes Davidson, Director at Crestline Investors. “Ambitus has demonstrated a thoughtful approach to the project, and we believe it is well-positioned within the submarket to provide a premium rental offering.”
