Exercise caution when sharing personal information or sending money to anyone. Crestline encourages clients, employees and members of the public to be alert for potentially fraudulent activities and to exercise a high degree of caution when revealing personal
information or sending money to anyone. When communicating through digital media, please be cautious about responding to unsolicited emails that appear to have come from a Crestline email address. Such emails may be “spoofed” and may, in fact, have come from another email address at another domain name. Check email addresses carefully and respond only to known or authorized Crestline email accounts.
Use caution with hyperlinks, images and attachments. Be cautious about clicking on links or images, or opening attachments, included in or with unsolicited emails, text messages or social media messages that appear to have come from Crestline or a domain that is similar to an authorized Crestline domain. These links may redirect to a non-Crestline website, and attachments may include viruses or other malware that could harm your devices and/or reveal your personal information to third parties. Emails from Crestline will come only from one of the authorized domains identified below.
Crestline and its representatives do not use Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com or other free public email accounts to send or receive work-related communications. Crestline does not permit its employees or authorized representatives to send or receive work- or investor-related emails from personal email accounts, other non-work addresses or messaging apps. Do not send emails or other communications intended for Crestline or any of its employees or representatives to any email address that does not include an authorized Crestline domain.
