Crestline Investors, Inc. (“Crestline”) closed and funded a first lien senior secured credit facility for Crete Professionals Alliance (“Crete PA” or the "Company"), a leading accounting and professional services provider. Crestline served as the joint lead arranger for the transaction. The financing will support several near-term acquisitions and fund future growth initiatives. This transaction marks Crestline’s first collaboration with ZBS Partners.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Tampa, FL, Crete PA quickly established itself as a prominent player in the accounting and professional services industry. By July 2024, the firm had built a robust revenue stream from tax services, attest and audit, accounting and bookkeeping, and advisory services. This strong performance reflects the firm’s growing client base and effective business model.
“Crestline is thrilled to support Crete PA in this exciting stage of its growth,” said Michael Bullard, Managing Director at Crestline. “The financing enables Crete PA to execute its acquisition strategy and expand its platform in the accounting services sector.” Aaron Mack, Managing Director at Crestline, added, “Given their strong operational team and proven acquisition track record, we feel confident in the Company’s ability to drive continued growth and value creation.”
“Working with Crestline has been a key factor in positioning Crete PA for future success,” said Frank Zhang, Co-Founder of ZBS Partners. “Crestline’s flexibility and deep expertise in the lending space will play a crucial role as we continue to execute our growth strategy and expand the platform.”
