The Crestline Opportunistic Strategies Team (“Crestline”) closed and funded a Credit Facility for Caylent Inc. (“Caylent” or the “Company”), a leading cloud services provider focused on the AWS ecosystem. Crestline served as the agent for the transaction. The financing will support balance sheet strength and near-term strategic growth initiatives, including M&A activity. This transaction marks Crestline’s inaugural collaboration with Gryphon Investors.
