The investment was made alongside Cross Development, a Carrollton, Texas based investor with whom Crestline has partnered with on several prior transactions.
Founded in Dallas, Texas, Winchester Carlisle is a highly experienced Texas based real estate and homebuilding firm that provides a variety of services, including construction, leasing, property management, and advisory. Their portfolio of companies includes Ameritex Homes, Dunhill Homes, Carlisle Title, and Realty Commerce.
