Karlsruhe, Germany — Crestline Investors, Inc. (“Crestline”), through its European Capital Solutions Strategy team, has partnered with Tite Street Capital to close an €88 million senior secured facility for KWARTIER Homes, a newly built 218-unit premium residential development in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg. The facility refinances the existing bank lender and provides the developer with capital to complete construction.

The project is being delivered by an experienced general contractor and designed to meet the latest German sustainability and energy-efficiency standards, reflecting a commitment to sustainable and responsible development. The development is led by Munich-based GIEAG Immobilien AG, an experienced, privately-owned developer with a proven 25-year track record of skillfully executing real estate projects across Germany.
